Situated in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford in Greater Manchester, Sale Water Park is a country park sprawling over an area of 152 acres (62 ha).his area of countryside encompasses an artificial lake, woodland, meadows, and the River Mersey.
Opened in 1979, it consists a cafe, restaurant, and water sports center. Owned by Trafford Council, this water park lies south of the city in the green belt area. Close to amenities, the lake at the Sale Water Park becomes the visitors' hub during the summers. It covers around one-third of the parking area and offers several engaging watersport activities from sailboats to jet skis. The visitors who want to escape the hustle & bustle at the Water Sports Centre can enjoy some relaxing moments amid the grassy meadows of the River Mersey or along the Jackson’s Boat Bridge.
