Sagoo Waterfall, Manali Overview
Sagoo Waterfall, sometimes called the frozen waterfall, sits near Rohtang Pass midway along the Manali-Leh route, with views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks and meadows. It's one of several cascades in the area and a reasonable add-on if you're already heading toward Rohtang, rather than a destination in its own right.
The trek to Sagoo Waterfall begins in Marhi and goes further into the Pir Panjal mountain range. It's the shortest and easiest trek in Manali. The area receives plenty of snow, creating a white blanket on the rocks, making it worth watching for tourists. While Rohtang Pass is closed for winter, most tourists visit here to witness its gorgeous green meadows and breathtaking beauty. The spot is open for visitors all year round. Don't forget to bring a camera with you as this place will give you a fantastic chance for nature photography.
