Taipa Village

Taipa Village Tourism

Located just outside Macau's commercial casino strip Cotai, Taipa Village is the epicentre of the Macanese cultural experience. To fully soak in the East-meets-West culture of Macau, spend a day walking around the streets of Taipa.

Experience a dizzying blend of Chinese structures and colonial and Portuguese structures as the Tapia Village is home to several kitschy art spaces and colonial churches that are especially intriguing. The village is most popularly identified with a street food scene that it has so gloriously cultivated over the past centuries. From Portuguese delicacies to traditional Chinese foods, this village is a heaven for food enthusiasts.
