  1. Kune Waterfalls

    Known as the land of waterfall, the most popular one in Khopoli is Kune Waterfall. Gushing down from a height of 660 feet amidst rocky terrains of the Sahyadris, it is not only a perfect picnic spot but is also ideal when you want to relax and unwind and soothe your mind away from the hustle bustle of the city.

    Rajmachi Fort is another attraction in Khopoli which is a haven for trekkers and adventure enthusiasts. Although it is also frequented by history lovers who visit to study the ruined structure. Boasting of panoramic vistas and sweeping views of the valleys and the surrounding hills, it is one of the top vantage points in all of the state.
  3. Shri Vireshwar Mahadev Temple

    Shri Vireshwar Mahadev Temple is another attraction in town which mostly allures and appeases the religiously inclined and the devotees. Built by Nana Fadnavis- a popular Maratha statesman, the temple is enshrined by Shri Vireswar. The highlight of the temple is a quaint pond situated on the forefront.     Tungarli Lake is situated at a distance of 15 km from Khopoli and is one of the best sightseeing spots in the region. Considered a haven for birdwatchers and photographers, the place has gradually developed into a major picnic spots in the area. It is best visited during monsoons as at that time, not only will you be able to spot more exotoc bird breeds but also the overall ambiance is a lot better. The lake is brimful with blue water and the hills shine glossy green.
