Sharing its border with Bangladesh, the town is adorned with two major rivers Kushiara and Longai. A long rumbling canal called Noti Khal is also featured by the place which helps connect the two rivers creating a balance of the water level. Dotted with not many tourist attractions, a visit to the town of Karimganj gives you the opportunity to connect with the nature. How To Reach Karimganj

Given the sleepy town that Karimganj is, Regular cab and bus services ply to and fro Karimganj;, buses being owned by both private and government players. There is no direct flight, or rail connectivity, however, to Karimganj. Approximately 230 km away is the Shillong airport, which is the nearest airport accessible to Karimganj, while BadarpuJunctionon is the nearest accessible railway station, barely 25 km away from Karimganj.
