Holds the graves of people who died during the construction of the death raily.
This allied war cemetery consists of graves of approximately 7,000 prisoners of war, local workers and other soldiers who died during the construction of the Death Railway. The Japanese and Korean guards' brutality was one of the main reasons for so many deaths. The ground of the cemetery are is very well maintained due to the number of tourists that visit here for historical knowledge. You are suggested to read the plaques on the graves.
