Old Market

Psar Samaki or the Old Market is the central market of Kampot. Built in the 1930s, the market complex of many shops loosely categorised into different sections. You can find shops selling local produce, clothing, homeware, tools, toys, fruits and vegetables.

There is a section in Psar Samaki for Fish & Seafood, which is popular as the Fish Market. Here the locals also sell fresh meat and poultry. It is open from 8 AM to 6 PM. It is close to downtown and can be reached within 10 minutes by walk.

Night Market

The night market is located next to the Durian Roundabout and is popular for Kampot's local food. You can taste various noodles, grilled meat dishes, rice dishes and desserts.
