"Vietnam's tallest tower, seen from the top"

Landmark 81 / SkyView, Ho Chi Minh City Overview

Landmark 81 is Vietnam's tallest building, rising 461.3 metres over Ho Chi Minh City's Saigon River. Completed in 2018 by developer Vinhomes, the 81-storey supertall skyscraper houses residences, a hotel, a mall, and the SkyView observation deck spanning floors 79 to 81. From nearly 383 metres up, SkyView offers 360-degree views across the city, the river, and the surrounding Vinhomes Central Park development. It's one of the most recognizable structures on Ho Chi Minh City's skyline and a straightforward add-on to any city itinerary.

Landmark 81 was completed in July 2018 as part of the $1.5 billion Vinhomes Central Park development on the western bank of the Saigon River. At 461.3 metres and 81 floors, it is Vietnam's tallest building and was briefly the tallest in Southeast Asia. The SkyView observation deck, occupying floors 79 through 81, opened in April 2019 as the country's highest viewing platform, offering panoramic views of Ho Chi Minh City and the river below. The tower also contains an Autograph Collection hotel, residential units, restaurants, and the Vincom Center Landmark 81 Mall at its base. Adult SkyView tickets run around 810,000 VND (~US$35); children's tickets around 403,000 VND (~US$17).
