November is one of the best times to visit Goa. Please refer to the Best Time to Visit Tab above for more details on visiting Goa in November. While it does not get too cold in Goa, carry a jacket or (Read More) a sweater as a precaution. The weather is quite pleasant but can get slightly chilly at times.

You will have to look for local vendors in and around Panjim. Goa doesn't have players like Zoomcar, Revv or Drivezy.
