The Old Dutch Hospital is Galle’s longest-standing Dutch colonial building, now converted into a high-end shopping and dining precinct. The complex features two central courtyards and long colonnaded verandas with multi-cuisine restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and souvenir stores.
