Watercity Waterpark, Crete Overview

The Watercity Waterpark is a big amusement park situated in Anopolis off the northern coast of Crete that features more than 36 exciting water attractions for kids and adults. There are a number of water slides and swimming pools here such as the Turbo Cyclone, Ofiss Rattlesnake Toboggan, Lazy River, Tarzan’s Game and Body Slide Cyclone.

Visitors can get cocktails, coffee, beer, pizzas, crêpes, Greek food and more at its restaurants and bars like the Lazy Bar, Coffee Place, Wave Bar etc. There are changing rooms, showers and locker facilities at the waterpark too. A Mini Market on the premises sells different items like swimming costumes, floats, flip flops, towels etc. and there is also a souvenir shop and boutique here.

Must Know Before You Visit Watercity Waterpark

Tips :

  • Have a printed copy of the ticket in order to be allowed entry into the park. 
  • A wristband is given upon entering the park. It carried a unique ID number and must be worn at all times as it is used for making purchases inside (money is not used on the premises). A fine is to be paid on losing this band
  • Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults at all times. Those who aren’t toilet trained must have on waterproof diapers.
  • Only inflatables provided by the Waterpark can be used and must be passed on to others at the end of a route.
  • There are height, physique and clothing requirements on certain rides/attractions that must be adhered to. 
  • Parking and lockers are available
