Robert A. Black Golf Course, Chicago Overview
Designed by the architects Killian and Nugent and formerly known as the Edgewater Golf Club, the Robert A. Black Golf Course was previously a private golf club situated along the shores of Lake Michigan. It was restructured in 1970, from a 5-hole golf course into a 9-hole golf course. The golf course features elevated greens, tee boxes that create a challenging and fun experience for the golfers.
There are four par 3’s available in the golf course for the golf experts and those who enjoy the challenging shorter golf holes. With a small fee charged, a golf board that gives a chance to the golfers to take a ride of the golf course is also available.
