Nau Bostik, Barcelona Overview

Snuggled in an old abandoned factory in the La Sagrera neighborhood, Nau Bostik is one of the most important cultural centers for art in Barcelona. It is an open space, now utilized for social and cultural activities in the neighborhood.

Notably, Nau Bostik is not very widely known, but it is a wonderful example of how the city is transforming industrial remnants into modern cultural centers. Though it has not seen sizable makeovers and is slightly rough & ruinous around the edges, some of the best street graffiti artists in Barcelona have covered it in colorful murals. Nau Bostik is a must-visit center, especially for those who like vintage and street art.

On its roof terrace, you can see the huge mural work by Sixe Paredes who is a popular street artist. This center hosts a series of exhibitions & activities that come and go weekly, or even daily. Occasionally, vintage & street food markets are hosted on the weekends. You can deeply explore the art scene here.
