The session is conducted under the guidance of a certified coach, and it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing while partaking in the activity. Presently, only one tunnel in Bahrain offers Indoor skydiving at Gravity Indoor skydiving, which is temporarily closed until further notice.

Any other useful objective information : One needs to be over 4 years old, fit and healthy to try indoor skydiving. Apart from this, pregnant women, people under the influence of any substance or alcohol, and people suffering or recovering from any physical trauma are not allowed to participate in the activity.
