The David Roche Foundation House Collection is housed in Fermoy House and is a famous private art collection. It is located in Adelaide, South Australia and this decorative art collection spans two centuries of European artworks. David Roche is an art collector for over 60 years and has spent his lifetime developing the David Roche Collection. It spans the 18th and 19th Century European artifacts, ceramics, furniture, paintings, and clocks among many other things.

They also play host to Fantastical Worlds, which is a traveling exhibition by Powerhouse Museum in Sydney, that features playful old and new arrangements. They also hold a diverse range of talks and events that take place all year around. They have around 3,500 pieces from past centuries in an opulent setting and many quirky pieces reflecting the personality of the collector. Noteworthy items include a Regency Console table circa 1720, the Chest of Drawers belonging to the Duke of Wellington, and an 18th Century Imperial Chinese Panel of a landscape scene. You will also see exquisite porcelains, portraits, textiles, and objects of virtue.
