Day 1 Arrival in Kochi & Transfer to Munnar
  • Arrive at the Kochi airport and be transferred to Munnar.
  • On arrival at Munnar, check-in at the hotel.
  • In the afternoon, visit Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park - open as per the directions by the forest authorities) & Tea Museum.
  • In the evening, a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing.
  • Visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Pothamedu Viewpoint, Blossom Park, etc.
  • Time for shopping.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • In the morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world-famous wildlife sanctuary, and it is also called Periyar.
  • On arrival, check in at the hotel.
  • In the afternoon, proceed for a game viewing cruise on Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar, etc.
  • In the evening you can take an Elephant ride at Periyar wildlife.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Thekkady.
  • After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Alleppey.
  • Around 1200 hrs check in at the houseboat and start your cruise through the rich and splendid backwater.

Sea Lord hotel @ kochi - need to improve the conditions of rooms (bit smelly when I enter the rooms) and aircon condi (Read More)tion must be improve as well. 2. House boat and transportation at allepy looks high price compared to local price. Please look into that area.

Our stay was pleasant at both Guruvayoor and Alleppey House Boat. the quality of food was delicious and the hospitality extended to us was awesome. i dont mind recomending my colleagues to choose Esti (Read More)re holidays for their holiday plan.. only thing we got puzzled was when we were told at Guruvayoor that tea and coffee do not form part of complimentary breakfast menu.

Pros They have made a tailor-made package for us. They have arranged us good vehicle with an experienced driver. They have spontaneously changed the travel plan according to the conditions i.e har (Read More)tal in kerala. Very polite, flexible and having patience. Cons It would be better if they have arranged guide familiar with places/ an english speaking driver. Accommodation arranged in Guruvayoor is not so good. Overall we will rate it as VERY GOOD.
