Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Chennai & Transfer to Mahabalipuram

On arrival at Chennai, you will meet our representative.
Drive to Mahabalipuram.
En-route visit Dakshina Chitra.
On arrival in Mahabalipuram, check in to the resort.
In the afternoon, proceed sightseeing.
Spend the rest of the evening at leisure on the beach.
Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.

Day 2 Mahabalipuram Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing.
Visit Shore Temple, Five Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, and Tiger Cave.
In the evening, experience the Mamallapuram Dance Festival.
Overnight stay in Mahabalipuram.

Day 3 Mahabalipuram to Pondicherry

After breakfast, visit the Shore temple and a few other temples nearby in Mahabalipuram
Later, drive to Pondicherry.
On arrival at Pondicherry, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Pondicherry Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Pondicherry.
Visit Auroville, Aurobindo Ashram, and Government Museum,
Explore and hang out near the beach.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 Pondicherry to Madurai

After breakfast, drive to Madurai.
On arrival at Madurai, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Madurai Meenakshi Temple and Koodal Azhagar Temple.
Enjoy a sound and light show at Nayak’s Palace in the evening.
Overnight stay at Madurai.

Day 6 Excursion to Rameshwaram

Drive to Rameshwaram.
Visit Ramanatha Swamy Temple.
Return to Madurai.
Overnight stay at Madurai.

Day 7 Madurai to Kanyakumari

Proceed to Kanyakumari.
On arrival at Kanyakumari, check in to the hotel.
Visit Amman Temples Thiruvalluvar Statue and Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

Day 8 Kanyakumari to Kovalam

In the morning, drive to Kovalam & transfer to the hotel.
En route visit the Padmnabhapuram Palace & Suchindram temple.
Later to Kovalam, the international beach Resort.
The leisure options at this beach are plenty diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, catamaran cruising, etc.
In the evening, enjoy the beach.
Ovvernight stay at Kovalam.

Day 9 Departure

After breakfast, proceed to the airport/railway station to board a flight/train for your onward journey.
