Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kochi
- On arrival in Kochi, receive assistance from our representative and transfer to the hotel.
- After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Kochi.
- Visit Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net & the Indo-Portuguese Museum.
- Spend the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Kochi.
Day 2 Kochi to Alleppey
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Alleppey.
- On arrival check in to the houseboat around the afternoon (between 12:30-01:00 PM)
- A houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of the backwaters.
- See the local village life along the banks.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure on the houseboat.
- In the evening, enjoy the sunset.
- Later the houseboat will be anchored in a safer place.
- Overnight stay in the houseboat in Alleppey.
- All three meals will be served on board on the houseboat.
Day 3 Alleppey to Munnar
- After breakfast, proceed to Munnar.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Spend the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 4 Munnar Sightseeing
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Munnar.
- Visit Anamudi Peak, Mattupetty Lake, and dam.
- You could enjoy boating in the lake and dam.
- Visit Echo point, Kundala dam, Top station, Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum & Tea Factory, and the local markets.
- Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 5 Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar)
- In the morning, proceed to Thekkady (Periyar).
- On arrival in Thekkady (Periyar) check in to the hotel.
- After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Periyar.
- Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see a large variety of wildlife (optional)
- There are also few tribal villages you can explore.
- Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 6 Thekkady to Madurai
- After breakfast, proceed to Madurai.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- In the afternoon city tour of Madurai.
- Visit Meenakshi temple, King Tirumala's Palace, Great tank and Gandhi museum.
- Overnight stay at Madurai.
Day 7 Madurai to Rameswaram
- After breakfast, proceed to Rameswaram.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple.

Day 8 Rameswaram to Kanyakumari
- After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Visit the Amman Temples and Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
- In the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunset.
- Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 9 Kanyakumari to Kovalam
- In the morning, drive to Kovalam & transfer to the hotel.
- En-route visit the Padmnabhapuram Palace & Suchindram temple.
- Later to Kovalam the international beach Resort.
- The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, catamaran cruising, etc.
- In the evening, enjoy the beach.
- Ovvernight stay at Kovalam.
Day 10 Excursion to Thiruvananthapuram
- After breakfast, proceed to Thiruvananthapuram.
- Visit the Secretariat, Museum, Mini Zoo, and the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple (optional).
- In the evening, relax once again on the pristine Kovalam Beach.
- Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 11 Kovalam to Poovar
- After breakfast, proceed to Poovar.
- On arrival in Poovar, check in at the hotel.
- After freshening up, visit Tirparappu Falls and the Rock Cut cave of Vinzjhinjam.
- Later in the evening, take a water taxi to visit Poovar beach and watch a beautiful sunset.
- Return back to the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Poovar.
Day 12 Departure
- After breakfast, proceed to the airport/railway station to board a flight/train for your onward journey.

In name of luxury, either we have been deceived by giving premium houseboat. Or (Read More) company is being deceived by houseboat people by charging more. Also for a 4 star hotel, we didn't expect a room dedicated for handicapped people.
