At first I was hesitant as I don't know about him or the company but he really made me feel comfortable and understood my hesitations. He managed the transport from Kochi airport to and from and full availablity during the trip. The driver provided, Nikhil was young gentleman who drove us throughout the kerala's serene beauty. The hotels provided was also good as per our budget. He shared the hotels options before booking giving us the flexibility to choose and change Overall it was nice arranging through Evoke international especially dealing with me Noby.

Feedback for Driver: The driver should take a more proactive role as a guide, e (Read More)specially for passengers coming from other states. This would be very helpful for outsiders who may not be familiar with the local language, routes, or customs. A bit of guidance and local insight can make their travel experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
