Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar - Transfer to Lolab Valley

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet our representative.
Transfer to Lolab Valley (approx. 4-5 hours drive).
On arrival, check in at your hotel/homestay in Sogam.
Evening at leisure to explore the local area.
Overnight stay in Lolab Valley.

Day 2 Explore Lolab Valley

After breakfast, explore the scenic beauty of Lolab Valley.
Visit Kalaroos Caves, known for their mysterious rock formations.
Stroll through the meadows of Chandigam and Sogam.
Optional visit to the historic Lavnag Valley.
Overnight stay in Lolab Valley.

Day 3 Day Trip to Bangus Valley

After breakfast, take a day trip to Bangus Valley (approx. 2 hours drive).
Explore the vast meadows, dense forests, and clear streams of this untouched paradise.
Enjoy a guided trek or picnic in the valley.
Return to Lolab Valley in the evening.
Overnight stay in Lolab Valley.

Day 4 Lolab Valley to Doodhpathri

After breakfast, drive to Doodhpathri (approx. 3-4 hours).
Check-in at your accommodation.
Spend the day exploring the meadows and streams of Doodhpathri.
Optional pony rides or short treks in the surrounding areas.
Overnight stay in Doodhpathri.

Day 5 Doodhpathri to Yusmarg

After breakfast, drive to Yusmarg (approx. 2-3 hours).
Check-in at your accommodation.
Explore the pine-fringed meadows of Yusmarg.
Enjoy a guided trek to Nilnag Lake or walk through the dense forests.
Overnight stay in Yusmarg.

Day 6 Yusmarg to Srinagar

What's Good: Excellent. Trip exactly as per the itinerary. Houseboat stay and visit to places were thrilling. Could see tulip garden mustard field apple and walnut garden. Thanks for arranging (Read More)helicopter tickets for mata Vaishnov Devi Darshan.
What's Not Good: The agency could not arrange gondola tickets even for the first phase, though booked 1½ months in advance in Gulmarg.

It was an excellent trip comprising of everything a person can ask for. Excellent stays, heavenly food (we are vegetarians and were very concerned about food), mind blowing sceneries, a comfortable tr (Read More)ansport, all in a very affordable budget. The trip was very lovely and it was a great experience. Totally worth it. Thanks a lot to Journey Begins Travel and Tourism for organizing this. The organizers were really helpful and prompt with our concerns and queries. We missed out on few essential bookings due to lack of our knowledge and when we shared this, they went out of their way to arrange for the bookings and within few hours, we had our confirmation with us. This incident displayed their commitment towards travelers. Journey Begins really made our trip memorable. An advice to fellow travelers: Ask them for hidden gems and local transport for short distances. You would save a lot of money with their help.
