Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Srinagar and Srinagar Local Sightseeing

On arrival at Srinagar, pickup by our representative at the airport and transfer to hotel/ houseboat.
Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel/ houseboat.

Day 2 Srinagar to Sonmarg and Back

Start for a full day excursion to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar.

Enroute stop at the picturesque spots to take in the natural beauty.
Continue the drive to Sonmarg (also known as Meadow of Gold).
You can also enjoy a horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year.(optional)
In the evening, return to houseboat.
Overnight stay at the houseboat.

Day 3 Srinagar to Pahalgam

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam.
Enroute visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is an eleven hundred years old temple.
Reach Pahalgam by the afternoon.
After lunch, explore the valley.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

Spend the day at leisure visiting various tourist spots including River Lidder, Water Amusement Park, Deer Park etc .
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5 Pahalgam to Gulmarg

After breakfast, leave for Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley.
It is also popular for its golf course (in summer)which is the highest in the world. During the winter season, you can try skiing here.
Enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 Departure from Gulmarg

Drop to the airport for onward journey.

We had a wonderful experience touring with Alpather. We went to Srinagar just 1 (Read More) week after the Pahalgam attack. Madam gave us the courage to visit Kashmir They were very keen to know if we had any problem and was very caring. Accomodation was super, food at the hotel breakfast and dinner was too good. The driver Yawar was also very helpful and a very safe driver. They will get 10/10 for their service.If you want to visit KASHMIR just contact Alpather and they will do the rest.
