Exceptional

Property is situated around 5 km away from main road however the view and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was very courteous and willing to extra mile. Special mention for Tilak ji (driver) who took us down and up from property number of times and even helped me to see a doctor as I twisted my ankle during trekking. I will like to come back with family again.

Good property and good view from balcony. How ever the way to reach is very bad.

The Ambience of the property is good.

The way to reach the property is a big challenge for the last 5 KM as its bad broken track. First day we took our own vehicle to the property as we reached late. 2nd day onwards we preferred leaving our vehicle in the town highway and take hotel vehicle to the hotel itself.

Bad construction, disappointing stay.

The views and balcony is an added advantage. Good for bigger groups. Good heated water but showers didn't work.

Both nights we were unable to sleep with noise till 3 am. Paper thin walls can make you hear every noise from outside. We were unfortunate to have loud young crowds upstairs who don't have any respect for other people's timings. Very limited food choices and nothing exceptional in taste. Wifi is almost non existent and didn't work most of the time. Approach road is very bad condition, they arrange balero for pick up and drop to the road which is needed but it's a 20mins of an off road drive. Some people might enjoy or dislike.

The location is amazing and so is the chef.

The service is slow. The staff was rigid in a lot of ways for things like providing an extra heater cos of the cold. We had booked a three bed room where our grandmother was living. She is 80 and she needed an extra heater. But we were denied.

The property's location was great. Peace tranquility and whole living in wild experience is great while having all the means of comfort.

The property is not upto the brand. The exterior, the facade and the whole ambience of the property was great but the rooms are not upto the mark. The quality of rooms was just Okay. The price for this quality of rooms was definitely not worth. Games room has just two games that's it. No place to sit in game room. The books are locked in games room.

Disappointing

Overall property is built nice. The ground level staff was good and quite cheerful.

Two thi gs we didn't like 1- The managers attitude. We felt like he has been made to stand there. Not very welcoming kind of face he made. We were late for checkin due to heavy traffic in shimla and there was almost a 5-8 km Jam. 2- The road to the location is very bad and bumpy. It's a kuccha rasta almost 6 kms . Really need a suv only to reach. The road towards not advisable to drive. And it's 30-40 degree decline so have to use clutch almost for all 6 kms. I would strongly suggest ask them to pick up and drop off even if they say you can try.
