    Fist rate stay at a fair price. Left very spoiled.
    My room was AMAZING. The view was unbeatable. Very comfortable bed, luxurious linens and great attention to detail. Location was very convenient with direct subway access into the city just a few blocks in either direction and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
    Not much not to like! If I have to say something, I guess the mini fridge was loud. If I'm really being picky, the blinds were a bit complicated to operate as they were not motorized.

    amazing views of Manhattan. nice ambient in common spaces. top class restaurant.
    rooms poorly equipped and decorated. but the rating goes to their charging policy. on check out although i asked no detailed bill was provided. i did get a bill via email. when i checked nothing was right. different charge than the one agreed on booking.com. charges of xtras i never had. still waiting for a response

    Perfect in every way ..
    Stylish, comfortable, huge room with fantastic view. Restaurants & bar were excellent. The rooftop view is incredible. Great vibe. The staff were charming & especially the people on the door .. very welcoming.
    The only minor disappointment was the receptionists attitude on the desk day we were leaving .. but she was the only one who let the team down everyone else from room service to bar tender were delightful.

    The perfect stay to relax in big comfty beds in a high ceiling apartment style vibe.
    The beds were huge and so soft and comfty. I stayed in three different hotels this trip and these by far were the best. The rooms are huge too. Loved the high ceilings that created an even greater sense of space. Got an early check in to our room as well which was appreciated.

    Beautiful and fun hotel, please add coffee in the room
    loved the beds and pillows. the heated floors were wonderful! We had the bunk bed room which was perfect for myself and my son traveling together
    I would like less alcohol in the room (had a teen) and the addition of coffee service, which is typically standard at this price point.

    I wish there was some type of valet parking, however not a huge issue as there was a public garage 1 block away.

    The floor to ceiling windows and view of Manhattan from the 5th floor were breathtaking! And Williamsburg is just incred
    Absolutely gorgeous room in a fab location close to lots of bars, breweries and restaurants
    We stayed on the 5th floor and the noise from the bar on the 6th floor went on until very late at night. On the night we arrived (Thursday) the music was CRAZY loud and there lots of drunk people shouting the in the corridors.. early in the morning (around 5am) you could hear barstools being dragged around by the cleaning team

    our room was lolocated on on the top floor and during the night it started raining inside the room, right on the bed, as there were leaks from the roof. The staff did not provide any assistance as they only brought us towels without the possibility of chenging rooms. Therefore, we had to end our stay early causing discomfort.
