Stuff dont work job just smilling, every time if you wanna buy something on your room you need open some deposit acc in reception, like couple of tea :D You buy breakfest ir reception but when tou come next morning in buffet they dont give you breakfest becouse you dont have deposit :D

Inconsistency of water temperature during showers. Suddenly cold or suddenly hot. The cost of food with room service was exceptionally high.

NYE party was too loud (113 db - I checked),far too smokey (closed room with everyone else smoking constantly. Food was irregular: some very good but main course lamb was like eating a shoe. $100 in enexpected extra charges - felt like this was their one chance to squeeze another dollar out of a tourist
