    The location: right in the heart of the heritage precinct of Campal The peace and quiet The ample breakfast (incl in the cost) at Hotel Campal across the road The owner - Derec - who was a mine of information on Goa

    Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in a peaceful location and a great host.
    The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.

    Great location in a quiet area and easy to walk along the promenade into panjim or the other way to the beach. The arts festival was on so there was lots to see and do. Deric was a super host and kindly waited up for us as we arrived very late Great breakfast

    Wonderful stay!
    The owner made our stay very pleasurable. He is the best! We also had complimentary brekkie, with the best aloo paratha I've ever had. The house is quiet yet close to the centre and bus line. It was such a great place to discover panaji and the beaches around. 10/10 would come back
    I would suggest to replace the small mattress. The other large bed was very comfortable.

    Deric was a great host, so welcoming and accommodating. We extended our stay and arrived very late because our flight was delayed. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Deric sat with us at breakfast on our first morning and gave excellent local suggestions! Breakfast was lovely aswell, lots of variety to choose from. A lovely homestay, I would stay here again!

    Amazing days in Panagim
    This homestay is located in a quiet heritage protected neighbourhood, walking distant from Miramar beach and Fontainhas. The hosts were always available to give suggestions and were very helpful with taxi bookings. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of choice (and with good conversations:-). Beautiful and spotless room.

    We came to Goa from New Zealand for a wedding. This was an amazing place to stay prior to going to the wedding resort. Really central for seeing Goa. The host Deric was amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful with helping us book activities and transport. A complimentsry breakfast was also provided. We would highly recommend!
