Great value, friendly staff but limited transport options

Friendly, helpful staff, quiet location

Hotel is short walk from Baht Bus route. Ample baht buses toward city but few and far between when coming South down South Pattaya Rd and quicker to walk from Soi Bukhoa market which may not suit everyone.
