    Mainly, if you want to judge any hotel check for the washroom, if it's clean, then great. This hotel is great in terms of location, cleanliness, and food they serve.
    The only drawback is that you need to walk on steep road to reach this hotel.

    Location is excellent Room Service is excellent Food is also good Staff is very polite and supportive Mountain view from the room is amazing
    Rooms are not sound proof. Constant noise from the roof, side rooms, outside. The exhaust fan was not working in my room. I complained but could not repair. Breakfast options are very limited even though the menu card has mentioned a lot of variety. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Stains are there.

    We on the whole enjoyed out stay.
    Its in a real position. Nit easy to get to by bus or car for that matter. Down a lane but the staff were good and helped with bags etc.
    The lower floors dont have heating and when asked they produced an old inefficient heater. Showers were it and miss.

    Room pleasant, but noise / lack of restaurant a negative
    View good, room, bathroom OK
    Sledgehammer banging away for hours underneath my room, when I complained, told it would stop at 18.30. Room service only for food, had to eat breakfast in room, no restaurant, even though menu in room - food brought in from unknown sourse outside. Filled out breakfast request form, delivery correct 1 out of 3 times.

    Above average hotel with easy connectivity
    The location is the best thing about this hotel. The staff was professional.
    The room service offered limited food items and the food was cooked in a lot of oil.

    NICE HOTEL IN SHIMLA.
    Hotel Room was Neat and Clean.Biggest plus point was that it was near Mall road.
    Some room were very small. Hotel doesn't have lift.little issue for senior citizens.Other wise staff are Co-operative and Polite.
