Overall good holiday

All the waiters were amazing. Really polite, helpful and also timely. Great service. The pools were nice. Beach beds in good positions to relax in the shade and read. Food was OK. The staff were very kind to provide us with eggless croissants during our stay. Beach was lovely.. we were able to have nice long walks. The room was large.

The reception staff were not so helpful. The guy who checked us in (no names) was not well trained/informed about basic things and came across as couldnt be bothered. On 2 other occasions I asked him some basic questions and he diverted us. On the last night there was live music on the beach (FINS). We sat there from about 9pm after dinner. We didnt want to order a drink. Then at 9:50 the waiter throws us out and says you gotta go an sit on the beach beach bed on the beach since you are not ordering a drink. Very rude and unprofessional. I did mention this to the reception on check out. Food was overall good, but some more healthy/vegan options would be good. Like avacado toast etc. There was a green dot burger at the beach beach with mayo but the waiter said the mayo has eggs so this needs updating. Rooms were pretty old and needed some upgrading, but didnt make our stay uncomfortable. But for the price we paid the newer 5 star hotel rooms feel better.

Breakfast was amazing, just could do better with the masala tea options.

Pool was really dirty and also the smell in the toilet was not great. It also took them over 3 hours to come and fix our kettle had to call multiple times to get it sorted. The front desk managers are always on their phone which is not professional at all.

good property , needs renovation, poor service in relation to the taxi arrnagements.

the pool is nice and big, the beach is very close and not very busy

the hotel encourages a taxi mafia, we were not allwoed to book our own taxi while the hotel charged double triple the normal rate. ont he last day when we were leaving for airport, we booked our own taxi, but the hotel called their taxi and when we refused to go by the hotel taxi as it was charging us more, they did not allow our taxi to come in ad left us ( 2 ladies) outside the resort to fend and fight with the taxi union.the hotel staff and security just disappeared and did not help us at all. also the hotel did not pay theri taxi the cancellation charges and so we were forced to pay those to the union as well, this also made us get late for our flight. very poor service. Also the onsite resteraunts are not very good but super expesive compared to outsdie resteraunts.

The pool was of good size and closer to the room. the breakfast options were limited and the taste was very average. They also almost repeated the same dishes again and again. The room service dining options were good but very expensive (500 bucks for coffee is bizzare). the staff were very friendly and were responsive. room cleaning services were very good.

The Taxi Mafia running in this area is very very bad. i strongly condemn it. we are not allowed to book our own taxis, we are forced to use only the taxis allowed by the union within the hotel jurisdiction, if any other cabs were hired, they would break the windshield and vandalize the car. the union taxi charges were also through the roof which made no sense. it was like a dictatorship. we had a very bad time with booking our cab with the union and the driver vanished for an hour or so leaving us under the hot sun.
