A visual delight with a great location

Everything about this hotel is delightful and kind of a thrill. The bed was great; the view was a knockout, the top floor club has a stunning view I couldn't get enough of. The High Line is just below. The neighborhood is both a meatpacking district and high-end shops, and Chelsea market and the Whitney are short walks away.

This isn't much of a complaint, but the shower stall is very clear glass that I walked right into a few times, and sort of a peep-show for people in the other high-rise building, who are equally visible. I found it amusing and drew the curtains.

Very drafty room - cold coming from the windows. Hotel kept charging my card for incidentals when the deposit already authorized was of higher value than total charges to the room. Unhelpful staff

A delightful, cozy room with a jaw dropping view that was the perfect start to my 2024 :)

The view was incredible, as anticipated. The bathroom was lovely, and everything was clean. Such a great stay.

There was a bit of loud construction going on, a couple of floors up I believe. That was unfortunate in the morning, but not something that can really be avoided I suppose.

Everything was fine but no coffee maker in the room is the reason I will never stay here again

Room clean and quiet

No Coffee!!! How hard is it to have a coffee maker in the room and not charge guests to have to go down and BUY coffee in themorning

Location

Hotel needs updating, carpets in the room were dirty, furniture tattered, shower was broken ( tap would not turn off and room filled with steam) took a long time to get it fixedair con not working well needed to open the windows ( as per staff recommendations) then had to deal with noise and draft. Ive stayed many times over the years but will consider other properties next time. The rooms need a serious facelift and the staff is sparse. Seems you might be putting profits over customer satisfaction.
