Lovely hotel,have stayed here several times would highly recommend

Good location helpful staff.good size room .only criticism is limited breakfast cereals.shower over bath could be a problem for some people with mobility problems.

More rooms with shower cubicles instead of baths

We will not come again.

The location

The standard rooms have frosted windows and when you open them, there is a brick wall a few meters away. It should be more clear when you book. We asked for another room, but that meant a more expensive room category, which we were forced to pay. It was clear that the staff had received the same criticism many times and were tired of it.

Challenge is again - that Booking.com reservation is not matching to set up in destination. This is happening every time! We need more specific details to reservation to make everythin match!!! And again we were forced to change room - but that happened only next day !!!

Lovely hotel, in a great location.

Great view from the room which had a garden / river view. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute walk from Westminster, Covent Garden and ST James' Park.

The lifts can be slow and busy at peak times, signs to a staircase would help.
