Location was great; close to major attractions and a variety of restaurants and train stations. Nice touch with snacks, beverages, and teas. Front desk staff were friendly. On the day I was leaving, front desk person was super helpful with mapping out a faster train route to Heathrow! Would definitely stay again in this and other locations

The check-in area was small and sometimes got crowded. Afternoon drinks, both alcohol and non-alcohol could have been refilled.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. However, what truly elevated my stay was the outstanding service I received from one of your team members, Shenaia. Shenaia went above and beyond to help us. She helped us while the house keeping didnt clean the day before Christmas , and She offered to helped and brought the clean sheets and did them while its not her job shes a receptionist and she is a genuine care and understanding. Her warmth and professionalism made a stressful situation feel manageable. Shenaia's dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. She embodies the values of Wilde Aparthotels hospitality, excellence, genuine care and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Thanks to Shenaia's exceptional service and the overall excellence of your hotel, my experience was a perfect 10/10. The cleaning services i found uncleaned sheets under the bed as a backup sheets And when the cleaning day came i throughout them on the floor to take it and the left the sheets on the floor and didn't clean the beds they only but towels and tissues and thats it and it was the day before Christmas thank god for shenaia was there she helped to do the sheets while housekeeping was on vacation and it was not her job to do but she did it and insist to do them I wasso thankful for her

The water for shower wasn't very hot, but it was warm so was exceptable considering everything else was perfect.

Cozy, compact, friendly, excellent location!

Friendly staff at reception even when they were mega busy and the cleaners were super nice. The location was perfect, the kitchenette was brilliant and the mood lights were cozy. The shelving around the bed were great for accessing your belongings (the safe under the bed was huge, great for iPads and so easy to use)and the three chairs you could pull out were really handy.

The bed was too hard it actually hurt my back but thats just my preference, the water was lukewarm warm but again thats my preference as I have really hot showers at home. I would stay again in spite of those things as the price of the property, the location and all the good aspects totally made it worth it. It was an excellent stay!
