The location is the main draw. Very lively and walkable to everything. The restaurant/bar is pretty good, which was a lifesaver as we were in London during the twixmas period and couldnt get into most other places due to the crowds.

Service was a little inattentive but that may just be cultural - service sucks in the UK in general. To be fair, it wasnt terrible just not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was tiny.

Superb

An overall excellent experience which lived up to the Radisson blue standards

Well situated, great value and nice restaurant which we had no problems booking even though it was 2 days before Xmas and very busy. Would definitely stay again if I visit Covent Garden.
