Personalized service of Bhagat Ram and the Manager was very good

Menu for breakfast and meals should be bigger and should have more options to choose from We could not use the balcony due to nuisance of monkeys. Proper wire netting should be made in the balcony for safety of the tourists so that they can enjoy the balcony during their stay at the hotel

- the view from the balcony was very nice - the service staff was friendly and caring - room was spacious

- room was not well equipped (fridge, hair dryer and some lamps didnt work) - toilet was leaking - towels and bed linen were dirty - rooms are badly soundproofed (without earplugs no sleep)

The Hotel staff was generous and made us feel comfortable! They offered help with booking taxi when we arrived making our arrival smooth and stress free. The location was great.

The food was below average. There was no buffet breakfast served even at the price we paid.
