Family friendly with access to a quality clean beach front and picturesque spots
The property is well-located with an extremely helpful and kind staff. Though a public beach, it is far less crowded than the other North Goa beaches with a moderate to strong tide. Hence, it is a value for money for families with kids and old parents.

From the moment we walked in, the warmth and attentiveness of your staff made us feel truly valued. Special mention to Yash Gupta, for consistently demonstrating outstanding hospitality, ensuring we felt valued and well cared for throughout our 3 days stay.
From the attentive staff to the impeccable amenities, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Special call out to Rihan(in room dining) & Vinodh(house keeping staff) for great work.

Amazing location, friendly staff, kid friendly!
Friendly polite staff, baby/kid friendly place, very nice rooms. They have lots of options for food. The property was maintained very well and good for kids to run around safely.

They upgraded our room upon request, the original one was dingy with no view of the Sea. They are pretty accommodating. Even specially prepared a lovely Milk Bread pudding we love.
Breakfast spread could have been better. Variety could be more as we personally prefer continental and they were big on Gujrati options.

the staff is exceptional right from the word go. so polite and hospitable. manthan from the front desk was so helpful and gave me exactly what all i expected. Apurva from the human relations ended up giving us a surprise as it was our anniversary.she made us celebrate in very pleasant way. was an amazing surprise.so a big shout out to manthan and apurva.
the location is perfect. the beach is clean. exactly at the centre.
the rooms are clean and the view is spectacular.
the restaurants are good and have ample of options.
the concept of the resort makes you get close to the nature

Breakfast Chaotic buffet style and ambiance could be better. Dinner at Banyan Tree was not good service.
