    Sonesta Inns sets the standard. In all of my travels, this is easily one of my favourite resorts I have ever stayed at.
    This resort is aesthetically stunning and the grounds are immaculately maintained. Suite was spacious and for the most part very clean. I found all of the staff from reception, pool staff, housekeeping and dining all to be extremely helpful and genuine. The resort is located away from the busy and loud main street. It also has a path that provides easy access to the beach. Although not related to Sonesta Inns, the beach bar Floyds is right at the entrance to the beach is a great spot to rent a chair and have some beach beverages.
    The only dislike I can state was that around the shower/tub area there seems to be black mould growing in the cracks and on the screen. It is off putting and does not marry with the quality of the rest of the room and the resort. I had one minor issue with a member of the housekeeping staff constantly asking me for a tip. I always tip at the end of my stay and I myself found always trying to avoid this particular staff member.

    They are cheaters and very rude staff.
    Location, close to shops and crash
    They cheated us, we booked king bed and they joined two twin beds and told us to get on with it. They didnt change the room even after we asked them several times. Roos size was about 90sft, they advertised it as 3800sfy Breakfast hygiene is really bad. They were touching food with hands

    Very nice resort next to beach. Staff are very helpfull.
    Location, staff, connected to beach, food at restaurant was very nice. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety.
    Bathroom had black mould and not cleaned properly.

    Not worth a stay for the staff Behaviour & the price you pay.
    Good Location.
    House keeping needs improvement-Dirty Toilets including Towels. Staff Behaviour at Restaurant.They are too Obsessed with white Skin around.

    Nice hotel in a beautiful location
    Beautiful pool, quiet location close to beach but also not far from restaurants. Very good breakfast. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
    When making my reservation I was asked to send a copy of my credit card (both sides) or lose my reservation. We resolved the problem but this request represents a big security risk and is not acceptable. The rooms are quite old and need to be refurbished. However everything was very clean. The rooms on the pool side are very nice but garden view rooms are rather dingy.

    very very VERY quiet. it said it had a pool bar but there isnt. no entertainment or music its silent by the pool and can be awkward. lots of customers said they had entertainment before but this stopped and now its a silent place. lots of unhappy people about this.

    A lot of breakfast options. Was very happy with it.
    The floor could have been a little bit cleaner. But overall it was not a big issue.

    Absolutely everything, our bedroom was big, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing, the pool and pool beds were perfect,all the staff from the reception to the cleaners and pool staff were so nice and helpful you couldn't wish for a more relaxing hotel , off the busy street so you couldn't here the traffic but close enough that you can walk to all the amazing restaurants. Will definitely be back
