Overall - Great location, Great staff, good stay.

The location was perfect. Easy to get around the City, surrounded by great restaurants, and a good starting point for anywhere you want to go in the city. It was easy to access via the subway, uber, or walking. The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. From the front desk helping with check-in to the bartender giving great recommendations on food and bar spots. The room was a decent size (Jr Suite) and the showers were unreal!

The Walls on the floor we were on (8) were extremely thin meaning noise from the adjacent rooms was excessive. Especially when the neighbors are nocturnal. At one point we could hear literally every word from the guests in the neighboring room which was significantly louder than the noise coming from the city that never sleeps outside.

I really liked the view and location of the hotel. Right by everything and not to far.

Perfect location to explore all of Manhattan especially Brooklyn and lower east side

Great location and friendly staff

The club in the hotel can be quite loud on the weekends, even on higher floors.

Great hotel, in fantastic location.

Great location. Good size room. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff. The Blue Ribbon restaurant and bar was great and the club on the 7th floor had a great atmosphere.

Not the hotels faults , but a little noisy from the street below, especially on a weekend. but we had ear plugs, so quickly resolved.

Our junior suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. Good location in the lower east side and short walk to the F subway. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood
