It was over-priced and every time you order something there were at least 2 more taxes to add! It felt like an exercise in cash extraction which is not a good feeling when already paying so much per night All inclusive does not mean all inclusive here

Onsite photos dont quite do justice. Premium, private and quiet. Impeccable service and attention from staff. We travel a lot, and its one of few places wed come back to.

Everything was perfect, from the location, sea, service, meals, beach and accommodation in vila. I only regret that we haven't tried spa services.

Wonderful stay in Villa 216 for 6 days, we also had as a family 2 more rooms (103&105). Denish the butler always on hand and helpful trying to organise your day and evening, lovely Isaac at breakfast always welcoming us with a smile. Lovely waiters at dinner and Rum Shed and very helpful and attentive cleaning staff in our villa (apologies i forgot the names). Reading the reviews before we arrived i noted comments on drinks and mixing up bills etc. Yes there were some misunderstandings, we had one table booking mix up and the occasional drinks order, and everything was quickly resolved and team apologetic and on hand to assist and sort quickly, so i really wouldn't think that would be a big deal. The hotel is in a wonderful location, run by a very nice team of people and overall 5 stars from me.

very restful and relaxing after 9 days in kenya

excellent service and amenities. special thanks to MANOTRA on the front desk for his assistance in solving a communication issue. Food was also excellent ,the range at breakfast was huge.

Beach was not as good as expected but being from Australia we are spoilt for choice.
