It was great stay

The rooms . We had two connected rooms and that was very convenient. Housekeeping services were excellent.

The breakfast does not have wide variety of foods if youre staying for more few nights.

All is perfect, state of the art hotel with premium service and luxury touch, spacious room facing the bosporus, great breakfast, excellent guest service.

Nothing to complaint about, all was fine, although the value worth the money paid, just wish the accomodation price would be reduced to stay longer in the future!

Nothing was fantastic could not have been better, The staff at Shangri-La Bosphorus deserves special commendation. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist with any request were evident from the moment I checked in.

my stay could have been far better if the staff could handel my arrival in a better way, which is no

every thing is very good but few of the staff dont speek english on my arrival day there was a marathon, the main street was closed, the hotel never contacted me for advise ?? i called them because the taxi driver said he will drop me avbout 10 minutes away. it was difficult because i have 2 big bags and 2 carry on ?? when i arrived i asked the guard outside the gate to help me with the lugage he refuse ? the hotel should have sent a porter to help with my luggage at the location given to my taxi.

From start to finish , it was a truly 5 stars hotel experiences , kudos to the staff.

Sometimes the ferry was a little bit noisy but the windows are very thick so you dont really hear anything when they are closed.

Shangri La has got to be one of the warmest hotel experiences I have personally experienced. We were a family of 4 adults and one toddler and we stayed for 3 nights. Right from its strategic location to its service oriented staff to its clean and comfortable rooms, everything was on point. I am especially amazed at the level of personalisation and the warmth that each staff member exudes. I want to specially mention the awesome Emircan who helped with our luggage and get us inducted into the room. Shangri La at the Bosphorus follows exceptional standards of guest comfort. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Istanbul.

Very poor

The room service food was ok. Some of the staff is friendly and smiling, the receptionist tried to show me a few different rooms when the first one was not suitable. Unfortunately, all the rooms had the same problem of high humidity and moist smell that is bad for your health.

There is a very strong humidity and mold smell in the rooms (I dont know about all of them, but I saw 4 or 5 that all had the same smell). Whatever the cause of the problem, the consequences are unpleasant and can even cause allergies.
