Loved everything! excellent room, staff and facilities. Staff also had a good grasp of English which made communicating very easy.
a bit far from the main hustle and bustle about 2-3km.

Good hotel with great staff
Room was nice and spacious. The staff was helpful - when the shower drain was choked, they moved us to another room - it was a smaller size but functional. The breakfast was good with some room for improvement. The gym was quite good for a hotel - very well maintained with the additional facility of sauna and steam. Beach facing rooms had a great view.
Bit on the expensive side for a hotel this size.

Overall its a pleasant stay.
Our oceanview suite is beautiful & staff is friendly. The live music in the bar on Friday night was fantastic. Breakfast was great.
The glass door dividing the bedroom and bathroom is quite transparent so if lights in the bedroom are on during midnight, it may disturb the other persons sleeping.
If you are not used to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves, it can also be a bit of annoying.

The service was impeccable from the time we arrived. We were greeted by An Khang who i believe is one of the GROs there. Check in was smooth, we were informed of the locations of the different amenities.
Our room had a leaking water pipe which i mentioned to An Khang the next morning when he asked us if the room was comfortable and if we have any issues. He immediately sent someone to fix it.
Every single staff was so courteous and professional. We had such a wonderful time there!

Fantastic - we will be back for a summer holiday!
Great location, great breakfast, attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Loved how personalised the service was and how the team got to know our family.
It would have been great to have a spa and for the pool to be heated given we were there over the wet season.

The location is definitely near the beach front. The privacy from downtown is great. It's a decent choice, and the room is amazing. The morning vietnamese coffee is really dense. The staffs were friendly and went out of their way to explain everything and ensure all our needs were met. The junior suite was amazing, and the view is definitely worth the stay.
The breakfast buffet option could be better, it's decent but maybe the pastry section could be better.

Staffs are friendly, buffet breakfasts have western and local flavors. Gorgeous ocean view and nice clean beach. Easy access to downtown by taxi roughly at USD3 for a 4-seaters, 7 seats cars are available on the Grab App.
