An exhilarating and a brilliant experience courtesy the staffs who were superb

Everything was perfect, the hospitality of the staffs , the check in check out process was hassle free and quick .The restaurant was superb so was the cafe and the view from the room was simply breathtaking

Staff was really courteous and took great effort to make us comfortable....once shuttle car was not available ... however staff dropped us in his own car as we were getting to attend a family function. Buffet brakdat was great.

Room size could have have been a little bigger ...however I understand the space constraints in hilly areas. Rest everything was great

Exceptional

After a horrendous experience in another hotel we booked a night here for rejuvenation. The room had the most spectacular views, very pleasant decor and super comfy bed. We both had a massage and spent some time by the pool which is set in the most breathtaking landscape.

Exceptional hotel in every way.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Extremely comfortable, clean, modern, well equipped, excellent staff, great food and the most amazing views of the valley. The quality of service here is exceptional. I travel a lot and this is up there as one of the best I've stayed in.

The wifi in our room was a little temperamental, but everywhere else it was great. Actually, it helped me switch off from the outside world and just relax!

Definitely will come back whenever in Shimla

The staff was absolutely great, and the service, menu, and overall experience were very pleasing.

There could have been better communication with the guest about the dinner buffet and the 20% off value. We did not know until the second day, if we had known we would have dined every night.

Till radisson upgrade their hotel : i suggest not to stay and waste your money

Pathetic very old lift ; uncourteous staff ; door lock not working ; bathroom shower knob nt working ; bathroom door not locking properly ; extra bed is old style bedextremely horrible bed

Disappointing

The view from the room , the property was clean and hygienic

1) Buffet dinner depends upon the occupancy , if they have around more than 60 percent occupancy then only they provide buffet dinner 2) cleaned my room without my consent which is very disappointing 3) Breakfast was average when there was less occupancy however it improved when occupancy increased 4) I stayed so many times in ITC Fortune and they never charged anything for 2 year baby food which was very appreciative and so kind of them by showing love and care for babies however Radisson is too money minded and they even charged for baby milk. May be because of their policy but a suggestion for Radisson team to think off 5) Charging 1200 for shuttle service for 4 kms which is way too high 6) Not near to The Ridge Shimla , family with small babies please think of a hotel near mall road

Very good

As it was not on Mall road,we didn't enjoy the stay much.

Near to Ridge and there was complementary car service too available.Breakfast was good with many options from healthy to spicy.

Room alloted was approachable by using staircases.They should allot rooms as per age and condition of the visitors.Despite our request,they didn't allot such a room.
