Everything Exquisite Best breakfasts ever had at a hotel Staff couldnt do enough for us Had a really tough time in Vietnam and this hotel gave us 48 hours of peace and I will be forever grateful

A very nice hotel along the beaches of DaNang

If you want to be on the beach you'll enjoy the Pullman. We enjoyed laying under umbrellas on the beach having a few drinks. Although best to do any drinking during happy hour as the prices are a little high for Vietnam. The room was a nice size, clean with a nice balcony and all areas of the hotel clean. The hotel has a beautiful pool. Their breakfast buffets is one of the larger we ran across with good variety of foods choices, but I'd say I wasn't overwhelmed with it. We like walking the beach in the morning although were surprised with how much debris washes up on the beach.

I would say this was a little more expensive than I would expect it to be. Also I mentioned the debris along the beach, we were there 3 days and walked the beach barefoot and would get a black "tar" like covering on our feet that was hard to wash off. The street side location takes some walking to get to some of the restaurants.

excellent.

Swimming pool was really great, amazing staff (with one exception at check-in), wi-fi, beach. Laundry was good. Room service. TV with plenty of channels to choose from (it does rain in Da Nang in December).

Minibar was emptied because I did not like the deposit idea. Same thing with my friend at check-in. Once we put this behind us we had a great time.

A Picturesque Resort with a few Hiccups...

The suite was well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was excellent. The facilities were great.

It seems like the staff need better training when dealing with customers as we faced some issues. When we checked in, we had opted for an extra bed which was included in our room rate, but we were told that it would cost extra. After showing the staff the booking.com screenshot and after much deliberation, they finally conceded that it was included. The breakfast staff made it a habit to let us know that we would have to pay extra for the child's breakfast which was not included in our room rate. Once again we had to keep showing them the screenshot which clearly mentions that the rate was inclusive of breakfast for all persons. This became a joke for us daily. In all the staff were very friendly but could not take any decisions and had to refer to their managers for all queries.
