Disappointing

As above

Charged me twice for the room when I questioned it at checkout I was told that it was my bank issue. I went on to say that a bank only provides an account for its customers and its the merchant that takes the authorisation of payments. The checkout attendant then went on to say that he didnt understand the process and it should be updated over night. Surprise surprise, it hadnt been because Hilton havent dropped off one of the authorisation. For a so called 5 star hotel, to be put in this position and having to follow up is less than acceptable

Good location, spacious and clean room.

Clean close to CBD and Elizabeth Quay

Breakfast variety was limited. Every day similar choices of hot and cold food. We stayed longer than 5 days. So a bit more variety would be appreciated. Also, the staff were doing their best, but couldnt always keep up with the busyness during breakfast.

Superb

Enjoyable and relaxing stay just before Christmas.

Lovely selection of food for buffet breakfast. Bed was comtfortable & valet & room service staff were pleasant. Location is a 10 minute stroll from Elizabeth Quay which was lovely. Room Service was convenient and prompt.

Sadly the coffee machine broke down at breakfast, staff did not explain this to us on entry. Would have been nice to have staff let us know to make coffee orders with them or if they came around to tables and took our order. We discovered that we needed to place order by observing other patrons in the restuarant. Otherwise, staff were very helpful & machine was soon replaced.
