All perfect if I ever visit Istanbul in the future I will definitely go again

Everything The breakfast,the room,the spa everything was very clean but of all the people who are working and made our stay beautiful Atoosa always smiling helpful Celal as well Gurbet helped me from the beginning of my booking the transfer I could contact her for anything I needed All the people who were working I am sorry I cant remember all the names

I would definitely recommend the stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful without being too insistent. Rooms big & clean, parking valet, free shuttle rides 24x7 to Taksim, Osmanbey & Nisantasi (and back to hotel). Good WiFi, excellent breakfast (different stuff every day, both turkish and international).

Probably the best service I've had anywhere

The entire staff right from reception, bell boys, spa, restaurant staff, and cleaners were amazing. Every single person was helpful and smiling. The facilities are great - hamam, pool, sauna, and gym in particular. Thee local free shuttle is a HUGE benefit.
