Nice and modest city hotel, dont expect a resort kind of experience.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel kindly allowed free early check in and late check out.

The age starts to show, though the hotel does a great job to keep it all clean and operational.

Staff very super friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was super clean, furnitures of high quality. Overall I expected a little bit more for a 5star hotel, but it was great for the price we got, maybe because it was just a premium room. But we definitely will be back.

We had a small balcony but it was dirty since it's outside without roof, and the door to the balcony was closed anyway.

I liked the beddings as always. I love the Accor beddings. Just makes me want to stay in my room and not go out.

My room smelled stuffy and it was very distinct since I just arrived from Danang and stayed in Grand Mercure. My room in movenpick didn't smell fresh. The toilet and bath is kinda small. When you open the door all the way through it hits the toilet bowl. The bidet is located on the left. Most bidets are on the right side.
