Decent stay; didn't feel like what I got was worth what I paid

I liked the hotel lobby; it was cozy and relaxing. The staff was also friendly and attentive.

I didn't like how the walk in shower was partially cut off with no door to open/close because water splashed everywhere. I wish there was a center/bright light in the room - with all of the lights turned on, it was still really dim.

Excellent hotel, great vibe

Beautiful property, in a great location. We stayed here for 6 nights with our two year old daughter, and were all very comfortable sharing the large bed. Our room was a very good size, and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

Great stay, easiest and most pleasant I've had in the city. Lovely staff.

Hotel terrific. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small, but well laid out, exceptionally clean (especially for NYC), and maybe the most comfortable bed/pillows of any hotel stay I've had in ages. Rooms very quiet too, little street noise. Secure. Restaurant (tapas) very nice, free coffee/hot chocolate in AM and wine hour in PM a nice bonus. Good pastries in coffee shop and breakfast options well done. Lounge area very comfortable. Super convenient location.

Trivial - in an ideal world the rooms would have a mini fridge. Unable to hook up ipad to TV either by HDMI (app to download doesn't work) or by casting, but honesty, it's NYC - you shouldn't be watching TV!

Cool place in KoreaTown Manhattan

Staff, the free upgrade, the cool and young atmosphere in the nice bar of the hall

I know: NYC can be very expensive, but with a one night price that is quite the same we paid for 4 nights in Chicago or 3 nights in Boston (both in the very cener of the town and in very spacious rooms) we definetly expected much more. Size apart, room design is nice but too minimal and cheap

Very good

Staff very helpful and I loved the fact we had 24 hour access to T & C. Lovely cafe in reception and all the staff were very friendly. Room was a good size. Great they had reserved seating in reception for hotel guests.

No wardrobe so had to live out of our suitcase. And the lighting was a little dim! However the room was fine and we were able to sit in the lobby and watch the world go by!
