Not worth it

Friendly staff but nothing else matches the price and the 4 star rating

Ultra small rooms, no 4 star amenities, cleaning was sloppy and it was full of dust in the room, they didn't provide small towels after cleaning. The lobby is crammed and the lift gets very crowded

Fabulous.

Really well located hotel. Rooms were much more spacious than other NYC hotels Ive stayed in, especially the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

room size was more then my expectation, terrace view is lovely, luggage storage option was very helpful, time square cafe next door is excellent, subway only few steps away. will stay there again.
