Disappointing

Disappointing and poor value for money but great location.

Location

Outdated decoration- modernisation only on the facade. Original booking for a superior family room was in an annex beyond the main building which felt like university accommodation. Poorly designed areas for flow of people and chaotic breakfast. Streaming services did not work as the hotel WiFi was too weak- why offer the service if its not viable. Restricted pool times for children hampered our enjoyment as a family. Far superior experience at Leonardo tower bridge. Disappointing service from some staff members. Having rang reception and been told to return to reception to be re located receptionist denied id spoken to anyone until they finally spoke to their admin team.

Service in the Hotel was not for a 4 star. May be 2 star

Nothing!!!!!!!

1. I request to use the mini bar . I paid for the mini bar. Every day I was going to the Reception to access the Mini Bar. Yes and nothing was done on my request. 2.The Lounge the waiters the will ask for us to buy drinks and food. The will service the first drink and we paid for the first round . The next drinks you had to go to the bar to order . The reason because they are short of staff for servicing. 3.On the 1st of January i went to the Concierge to give a wake up for my rooms of 653 and 633 at 06:00hrs am for 2nd of January 2024. The never wake us. likely i add my phone for a wake up. 4. Then we brought all the luggages on the 2nd January at 08:30 hrs at the concierge. We requested a taxi. When the TAXI come we carries the suitcase but the left on luggage at the concierge . When we arrived to the airport we show that the one suitcase was At the hotel. We call back at the reception and it was very difficulty to speak to them . We requested the taxi driver at the airport to send another taxi with the one taxi that the Concierge forgot to at the taxi. To make it short the story i had to pay another taxi 170 pounds for a mistake from the hotel.

Great staff and location, but marred by an unclean bathroom/bedroom experience

Check in/out easy Staff pleasant and helpful Room is of a good size

The bathroom was disgustingly unclean. Grime around the sink plug hole The sink needed a scrub So did the bath Mould in the shower I didnt feel clean at all after using the bathroom The room wasnt serviced until late in the day, and even though we had asked for the bathroom to be properly cleaned, it wasnt. I subsequently noticed that others have commented on this online, but it appears to not have been actioned by management.
