Review 3: The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but the decor needs updating. Nearby activities include shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but a car is necessary. The resort is fantastic with cleanliness and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Review 4: The room at Grand Palms Resort was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were exceptional, although the female staff, except for one in concierge, were rude. The shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. Overall, great for families, but having cash for tipping the drivers is recommended. There are no nearby activities, and a car is necessary. Review 5: The amenities at the Presidential Villas section of the resort, including pools and a lazy river, were great. Room size was good, but the furnishings need updating. The best time to go to the beaches during the off-season, rates are really really low, theres not a lot of traffic, and

I enjoyed all of the amenities. There were multiple pools both indoor and outdoors, as well as a grilling area, a playground and even an arcade in the lounge to hang out and relax. It was absolutely fantastic.

It was slightly confusing finding the area to check in. As well as knowing where to go to get additional towels, etc. But those were small, minor inconveniences over all the property is fantastic.

We didn't like that we kept being bombarded and hassled to do their timeshare showing. We said no about 2 to 3 different times and we're still called to book an appointment to hear their promotions.

Great but bring a step stool

Facilities, both indoor and outdoor pools. Dorothy was very helpful in the craft room with diamond painting. Our request for a first floor unit near our friends was honored too.

The beds were ridiculously high. Almost impossible to get into without a step stool, especially where you are 81 with a handicap!

Recommend 100%-Excellent stay

Very good stay with excellent accommodations, great views, and plenty to do on the property as well. The pool areas and hot tubs were all clean and well maintained. Loved the activities for the kids that you offered as well! Extremely special with being able to do activities with the kids and also the game room was a huge bonus. Very spacius rooms.

Nice complex very pretty room was more than I needed. I enjoyed my stay. A little confusing getting to my place.

The microwave wasnt working. I couldnt check in after 10 pm . I wasnt ware of the late night check-in issue. I had to have a security person let me in the room . I didnt have key pass so I couldnt leave my room and get back in. Next day called security to get a drive to the front desk office so I could get my key pass. I did not have a rental car yet. I couldnt leave my room and get back in
