As always, I like the location of the property.

The bathroom had ants and the kitchen had roaches. We had to throw food away. l will not stay at this property again and that is too bad because I have stayed here for over 20 years. Clearly not the best upkeep I have seen over the years.

My family and I enjoyed our visit to this beautiful resort and would visit again!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The room was extremely nice and clean!!

The king size bed was very uncomfortable. Im dealing with lower back pain since our stay. But overall the stay was GREAT!!

Our stay was very relaxing!

We used to be Sheraton time share owners. Now retired and on fixed incomes we can not afford the maintenance fees. We have come to this resort for about 20 years and found we could reserve for a week at half of our maintenance fee! We enjoy everything about the resort! The size, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and especially the little tidy ups on T, Th, and S!

We cant think of anything that could have been done better. We had no difficulty checking in, purchasing theater tickets. We were even able to shorten our stay by one day b/c of a family event that came up after we made our original reservations.
