Beautiful stay, close to beach, hidden trailer fee

This property was a great location for fall bike week, the apartment was very clean, and very welcoming, although the building was undergoing construction. Just a very short walk to the beach, and this beach front was amazing!

The Renaissance Tower main area was not the cleanest, and there was a extra $100 fee for a trailer upon arrival that was not noted or planned for prior to arrival.

Great apartment for perfect weather.

The apartment was very nice with clean and modern furnishings. The booking.com map showed the property in the wrong place though, which after getting into the apartment and realizing it was the same as the pictures show, I was fine with it.

It was under construction and the pool was not accessible. There were 2 other pools accessible on close distance, but a heads up prior to receiving my emailed instructions would have been nice.

I really looked that they had a door code and then in the apt there was a wall computer for check in and check out. Very convenient! Place was clean and easy to get to.
